It’s time to break out the red, white, and blue and join Livingston County Democrats to walk in the Brighton 4th of July parade!
Curtis Hertel, candidate for 7th District US Congress, will walk with the Livingston Dems, along with Rep. Jennifer Conlin.
Several Democratic candidates for local office also will be joining us, including Andy Wood, candidate for State House 49th District; Elizabeth Hauptman, candidate for Livingston County commissioner in the Hamburg and Genoa area, and the Hon. Cindy Michniewicz, candidate for re-election to Hamburg Township trustee.
We will be meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 4, on the side streets near the Brighton Education and Community Center at Main and Church streets. Look for our large replica of the Liberty Bell!
Please wear red, white, and blue – or even dress as a historical character if you wish. We will have signs to carry and flags to wave, as well as candy to hand out.
Please sign up here so we know you are coming!
In addition, Austin Breuer, candidate for the State House 50th District, will walk in parades in Gregory and Fowlerville.
Let’s show of our patriotism to Livingston County!
