Vote Tuesday! Democracy Depends on It!
Tuesday, Nov. 3, is Election Day!
Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
You can find your polling place, other voting information, and Democratically-endorsed candidates on mivoter.org. Just enter your street address for personalized information.
Not registered? You can register to vote at your local clerk’s office and vote there before 8 p.m. Tuesday. Check mivoter.org for your local clerk’s address. You must bring proof of residence.
Still hanging on to an absentee ballot? It must be returned to your local clerk’s office by 8 p.m. Tuesday or it will not count.
Problems at the polls? Call the Michigan Democratic Party voter assistance hotline, 1-833-MI-VOTES (1-833-648-6837).
Remember, if you are in line at 8 p.m., you can still vote. Do not leave your place in line.
So many important races are on the ballot – from governor to U.S. Senate, 7th District Congress, to local candidates for Michigan State Senate and Michigan State House, as well as two ballot proposals. Information on all of them is here as well as on mivoter.org.
This is our chance to help Democrats retake control of the U.S. Senate and House, allowing us to rein in Donald Trump and halt the nation’s slide toward authoritarianism.
After you vote, plan to join Livingston Dems for an election watch party from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sign up here to receive the location 24 hours before the event.
See you at the polls!
