Tuesday is Election Day! And that means we get to have a voice in what happens in our communities.
The cities of Brighton and Howell will have city council elections Tuesday while school districts throughout the county will have millage votes on the ballot.
Polls will be open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 5 but remember, if you can't make it to the polls, you can vote absentee until 4 p.m. Monday at your local clerk's office for any reason and regardless of age. And if you are not registered, you can register in person at your clerk's office -- even on Election Day -- and then vote at your precinct.
