Donald Trump has a plan for a second term as president. It's ugly.

The more people know about it, the more they hate it.

The plan would totally remake the federal government,undermine many federal agencies that keep us safe; threaten the programs we rely on such as Head Start, Social Security, and Medicare, and clear the way to weaponize the Department of Justice.

It would concentrate power in the president, get rid of many civil servants who have expertise in their fields, and replace them with Trump loyalists who would follow his commands.
