Everybody loves the environment and everybody likes to get a little exercise.
So why not join Livingston Dems in our quarterly roadside cleanup under the Michigan Department of Transportation's Adopt-a-Highway program?
Livingston Dems have been cleaning up the same two-mile stretch of M-59 for 30 years!
Our next cleanup is Sunday, Oct. 4. Meet at 8 a.m. in the parking lot of Ironwood Golf Club, 6902 E. Highland Rd., Oceola Township. Wear sturdy shoes and bring work gloves. We will provide trash bags, safety vests, and pickup sticks.
Sign up here.
John Wallbank will be in charge. As John says, "Many hands make light work!"
This is a great way to meet other Democrats!
(Paid for by Livingston County Democratic Executive Committee, 8028 Grand River, Woodland Plaza Suite 7, Brighton, MI 48114. Labor donated.)
