Michigan law now allows any voter to skip the lines at polling places by asking for a ballot that they can fill out at home. That's great news and we want to share it with our neighbors!
On Saturday, July 13, we will be going door-to-door in the Brighton/Howell area talking to voters about how they can vote from home and helping them sign up for this program, authorized by Prop 3 approved by voters last fall.
Voters are very receptive to this public service. We will provide training and materials to help you explain this new right to voters in our area.
We also will be phone-banking from our office.
