Voters Not Politicians helped reform Michigan's political landscape with the passage of the anti-gerrymandering proposal, Prop 2, last fall.

What's next for the grassroots group?

Rena Basch, a representative of Voters Not Politician, will speak to Livingston County Democrats at our next meeting about what's ahead. The group is holding town hall meetings around the state to hear what people think the priorities should be. This is your chance to weigh in.

The meeting will be Thursday, April 25, at the Community Unitarian Universalists in Brighton, 3333 S. Old 23, Brighton Township. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with the meeting at 7 p.m.

Also speaking will be a supporter of the Howell Public Schools bond issue that will appear on the May 7 ballot.

The party's regular business meeting will follow. Light refreshments will be served.

All Democrats in the county are invited.
